Peel the onion and cut it into very fine cubes.
Roughly cut the Camembert.
Mash the Camembert in a bowl with a fork.
Add both paprika powders, caraway, and salt and mix.
Add the onion and mix well.
Add the beer and keep mixing (the beer gives a better, intense flavor).
Then pour in the melted butter and mix well again (the butter gives it that creamy consistency at the end).
Traditionally, pretzels are eaten with it, of course. For topping, you can use sliced radishes and chives.
Ideally, let the Obazda sit in the fridge overnight, then the taste will be even more intense.
