Preparation

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) using top and bottom heating without ventilation.

    Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Making the Dough Balls

    In a mixing bowl, combine the 200 g of blended cottage cheese, 100 g of flour, and 7 g of baking powder.

    Mix and work the ingredients until you have a smooth, soft dough.

    Wet your hands so that the dough does not stick to you.

    Shape the dough into 10 equal-sized balls.

    Place the dough balls onto the parchment-lined baking tray.

Baking and Coating

    Bake the dough balls at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.

    Melt the 30 g of butter in a small dish.

    Toss and roll the buttered balls in the cinnamon sugar mixture until they are fully coated.
