Dice 1 onion.
Dice 1 red bell pepper.
Heat 15 ml of sunflower oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Fry the diced onion and red bell pepper until they are soft.
Add 500 g of minced meat to the pot.
Cook the minced meat until it is completely browned.
Pour 400 g of crushed tomatoes into the pot.
Pour 200 g of tomato sauce into the pot.
Season the mixture with 1 tsp of salt.
Season the mixture with 0.5 tsp of black pepper.
Stir the ingredients thoroughly to combine.
Simmer the mixture on low heat for 15 minutes.
Add 250 g of mixed red and white beans to the pot.
Add 150 g of corn to the pot.
Stir the chili well to distribute the beans and corn.
Cook everything together for an additional 10 minutes.
Ladle the hot chili con carne into serving bowls.
Top each bowl with a dollop of Greek yogurt, if desired.
