Place the 4 forest fruit tea bags into the boiling water.
Steep the tea bags for 3 minutes.
Remove the tea bags from the water and discard them.
Pour the hot tea into a large pitcher.
Add 1 L of cold water to the pitcher.
Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into the tea.
Add 3 tablespoons of honey to the pitcher.
Stir the mixture thoroughly until the honey dissolves completely.
Add the fresh mint leaves to the tea.
Place the pitcher in the refrigerator to cool for at least 1 hour.
Pour the cold iced tea into glasses.
Add ice cubes to each glass.
Decorate with extra forest fruits and a sprig of mint if desired.
