Thoroughly wash the green peppers and pat them dry.
Mince the garlic cloves finely and set aside.
Place the washed green peppers on a baking tray. Lightly spray them with avocado oil, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and slightly charred. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
Once baked, carefully transfer the hot peppers to a serving plate.
In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and salt. Whisk well to create the dressing.
Pour the prepared dressing evenly over the warm, baked green peppers on the plate.
Serve the spicy baked green peppers immediately as a warm appetizer.
