Prepare and rest the dough

    Put 250 g gluten-free flour into a mixing bowl and form a well in the center.

    Pour in 100 ml lukewarm water and knead everything into a smooth dough.

Chop the vegetables

Cook the vegetable sugo

Roll out and precook the dough
