Peel and roughly chop the onion and garlic.
Deseed and roughly chop the bell peppers.
Heat oil in a pot and sauté the onion in it.
When they are translucent, add the garlic.
Add the bell peppers and fry everything for 2-3 minutes.
Fill with broth and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
Then blend the soup with an immersion blender.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve in a soup bowl and enjoy
